Guidelines for Parents and Students

  1. Awareness Programs: Teachers will ensure that students are educated on topics such as
    ‘Good touch, bad touch’ and ‘personal space’ through age-appropriate discussions, circle
    time interactions, and stories.
  2. Counseling Support: The school offers guidance and support to students to ensure a
    positive and supportive counseling experience, helping to build self-esteem and
    appreciate the uniqueness of each child.
  3. Parental Cooperation: Parents are requested to cooperate with the school in maintaining
    regularity and discipline, ensuring that their children wear the prescribed uniform,
    complete their lessons, and actively participate in school activities.
  4. Daily Diary and Progress Reports: Parents are expected to check their child’s daily
    diary, sign progress reports, and review any remarks entered in the school calendar.
  5. Class Division: The school will arrange the division of students into classes on a random
    basis without bias. Private tuitions are not encouraged.
  6. Contact Information: Parents and guardians are requested to notify the school
    immediately of any changes in their address or telephone number.
  7. Correspondence: When corresponding with the school regarding your child, please
    include the child’s full name, class, and section.
  8. Communication: All communications should be addressed to the Principal.
  9. Leaving School Premises: No student will be allowed to leave the school premises
    during school hours without prior written permission from the Principal.
  10. Parent-Teacher Meetings: Parents are requested to attend all Parent-Teacher meetings
    and open houses.
  11. Leave Notes: Students seeking leave must produce a leave note without fail. Half-day
    leave will not be granted under any circumstances.
  12. School Visits: No one is allowed to see a student or meet with a teacher during school
    hours without prior permission from the Principal and the Parent’s Card.
